Are there any programs for Linux to upload videos to YouTube from the terminal? I found many utilities for Linux to download YouTube videos, but I didn't find anything to upload.

I'm trying to find such a program because I would like to upload videos directly from a remote server to YouTube, rather than having to download them to my computer then have to re-upload them again to YouTube.
